COACHING
A lot of people want to write a book but don’t know where to begin, or are searching for an effective strategy to get their story off the ground and aren’t ready for a ghostwriter yet. Maybe it’s an idea you’ve been kicking around but you just don’t know where to begin. Thirty minutes is usually enough to get you headed in the right direction. Contact me below.
NON-FICTION
I specialize in writing highly readable memoirs.
Process
For a full-length manuscript, projects typically take six to eight months to complete. The first two months will be spent creating an in-depth chapter by chapter outline. Once the outline is agreed to, I'll begin drafting the chapters. I usually write two chapters per week and send them in immediately for your reading. I do so because, especially early on, I like to have as much feedback as possible in order to create the correct tone and personal voice for your story.
FICTION
I wrote myself into Columbia University on the strength of my fiction writing. Writing novels is my passion, and I would love to turn your idea into a full length novel.
EDITING
I can also take your memoir or novel, and in a collaborative process, produce a final draft that remains true to your voice and available to the reader.
